European holding US stocks. How do you buy the dip? Market is down but my portfolio is almost at -0%.

European and I hold only US stocks. Market is down but my portfolio is almost at -0%.

The reason for this is the currency. To buy US stocks I need to buy USD first and sell my currency. But every time the market dips due to fear, USD goes up in value making it almost the same price as before the dip for me.

How do you deal with this? How do you buy the dip when currency gives you no dip?
