So, let me clarify. I want to invest into Nasdaq index and a few others. I cannot buy ETFs for a few reasons. So what I want is to emulate the index myself, buying individual shares.
However, building the index manually is expensive af, it's millions, and I don't operate any amount of money close to it.
So, is there an app or website which allows me to build indicies with a small budget, like $ 1000? Maybe not as accurate, but as close as possible
