Are we living in the mother of all bubbles in all of human history?

You don’t have to be genius to realize most of the mainstream stocks and real estate has been through unprecedented gains since 2020 (aka start of covid). How is is that companies had reasonable amount of gains between 2000-2019 but the the period from 2020-2022 in terms of gains has been pretty extraordinary imo. Both real estate and stocks have been fuelled by the printer money that fed created because of covid. I mean this is simply just not sustainable if you just zoom out a little. I have never seen anything like this before and makes me question if this is the mother of all bubbles and we are headed into some extremely tough times when reality finally hits.
