As per title, how can I potentially profit from a real estate market that's overheating / overheated?
I honestly haven't looked into the topic much, but as per my understanding:
- # of real estate inventory is very low
- Lower affordability due to house prices surge already
- avg. mortgage rate payments and rates spiking hard
I know that's very basic overall and need to do research and think about timing but I feel like it's a good moment to look into this.
Question is, once I have my thesis that for example the real estate market will be cooler a year from now how do I make bet(s)? I have a schwab account.
