I've been looking into REITs recently (not that I am interested in investing in them right now), and something strange seems to be coming up quite regularly: Many are wildly overvalued and Equinix seems to be a great example of this. It has a P/E ratio of 132 and a P/S of just over 10! This is mad. There is also a significant amount of insider selling in the last year. Is this going to pop soon?
