what do you think of my selection of funds for dca

hello all, thank you all for answering my questions over last few days.

I would like to invest fixed amount of money every month (set up automatic ) into QQQ, google, microsoft, betterment.

I understand google and microsoft are part of qqq but these are stable companies to i am thinking it will be good to make them part of my DCA.

1) what do you think of my plan?

2) should i include VTI and VOO ? Their 5Y growth is very similar and less than QQQ, thats why I did not pick them.

3) I would like to add something that is good for dividends. Please can you recommend me one.
