Hello friends of the reddit, I hope this post finds you happy and well. I have been researching for a good microcap to start investing in that I can grow with and earn a sizable stake in over time. The electric boat market is ripe for innovation and growth and something I personally would enjoy being a part of. Aside from the big names on the market that make ICE powered boats and are developing their own electric options, there are very few dedicated electric boat companies on the stock market.
VMAR (Vision Marine) caught my eye as a possible good investment to go the long run with. Although their books are a little shaky right now I think they have a good vision that will work over time especially with their outboard engine design.
Any thoughts on this company? Do you think its target market will be too small for it to grow? Do you think it will just flounder or flop eventually? I have a tendenady to get narrow vision on a company I like and may fail to really be unbias in my review of the financials and annual reports. Any opinions warmly welcomed.
Note: I have plenty of money invested in stable investments such as index ETFs, etc so this investment is not where I am putting all my eggs and will not impact me too greatly if it fails over time.
