As the Nasdaq drops, many stocks have dropped 50% or more. What are your thoughts on buying a tech etf of medium and small cap companies?

As the Nasdaq drops, many stocks have dropped 50% or more. What are your thoughts on buying a tech etf of medium and small cap companies?

Apple, Msft have dropped but not as much and they make a large part of the nasdaq, so would it be better value to buy and hold an etf of medium and small cap tech stocks that have presumaabaly been hit the hardest?
