Market moves on what will happen in the future not what’s happening now

The title says it all.

The stock market usually tries to predict the consequences of a future event.

We just came out of a pandemic where people were confined and the stock market pumped because the fed would create high inflation.

Now we are dumping for about 5 months on whether the fed will start raising hikes, this event ended 2 days ago.

If you wanted to avoid the crash you would have to predict the market reaction back in January.

Now you are making decisions the market is long past.

So I'm here to ask you guys what is the next event the market will try to predict. My guess is the war wrapping up in Ukraine. Or the supply issue to be resolved (if the governments have any plan for it that is…)

And don't forget we just left 2 years confinement, many people are holding cash and ready to go on holidays and restart their daily lives. Money is about to flow again to all of the economy. Especially tourism.
