My grandma has $2k she wants to invest, she’s asking me to help her

Hey everyone, so as the title says my gma has 2k she wants to put into stocks. She wants to put it in low risk long-term stocks. What type of companies would you recommend. How would you advise I do some research. Was into stocks 3ish years ago but haven’t been plugged in since. Thanks!
