How is that institutions are all gung ho about RIVN and retail is meh about it?

On Ameritrade ,it's a 10/10 investment right now. AMZN and F have like 20percent of the company.

There are 900 million shares.

How is this thing defying gravity?

Should it really be worth that much? Whats their manufacturing capacity? Whats the investment thesis?
