Can a market order impact the market?

Hi folks, i have a question. my day trading is getting to a size im starting to question if my size may be impacting the stock im buying

It makes sense for limit orders if theres a big wall of orders sitting at a certain price everyone can see and react, but what about market orders?

IBKR has a hidden orders feature but that seems to be for limit orders only. Im looking to make market orders on occasion
