I'm not sure if this would be an appropriate sub to post too, if not please let me know where would be the better choice ๐
I am setting up my 401k, and would love some help with picking where I'm putting my money. I have general knowledge of investing, but could use some help understanding what each option is and which ones would be recommended. Thank you in advance!
Not to ask too much, but please explain why you recommend whatever one you recommend, it will help me understand a bit more

I can choose to allocate percentages to different funds. I am aiming to retire around 2065, although I love my field of work and will work until I am no longer able. My priority is on the safer side of the risk:reward spectrum, as I will have no issue waiting a few years for correction if the market has crashed on my original planned date of retirement.
