What is the best set it and forget it fund?

Hi everybody ER blew my butthole wide and blew up my account sort of. Across 2 accounts I lost 6500. I don’t want to active trade anymore but I want to reap the market when it does turn around. I’m fucking dogshit at picking stocks, what’s the best fund that tracks the “market”?
