Currently own 5 of STOCK A bought @ 100 for more than 30 days
Buy 5 of STOCK A @ 75 (current price)
Sell 5 of STOCK A after (FIFO). I don't need to wait to settle because I have funds to cover the purchase. Any penalty here and is this loss tax deductible?
