Anyone deploying their cash and buying?

The red needs to stop at some point. Always has done and always will do.

The question is, has anyone decided that now is the time? We are now at a point where even some tech stocks are beginning to appear as decently valued. GOOGL is now heading to <20 P/E and AAPL is in the sub-20s too.
