is this a good time to buy on margin?

Is now a decent time to purchase stocks on margin? Specifically, Baba, PayPal, Disney. They are so damn cheap, pre 2017 levels. I feel like we won't see these prices again, once any sign of good news come they will SOAR. I was planning on buying on margin during the covid crash but reddit talked me out of it.. iv never actually bought anything on margin before.
