Hey all, this may be a pretty basic question, but as I begin investing with a small amount ($1k for now), a thought occurred to me.
Diversifying is the name of the game, but is it best to do that right off the bat by divvying up that initial investment right away? Or should you think about investing into a single company and if gains are made, put those into other investments over time?
New to all this and read lots of FAQs, but dont think this was touched on specifically.
