cnn has a stock market “Fear and Greed” index meter i just found out. it looks fairly simple. when fear is high, stock prices are low and thats a time to buy.. when greed is high stock prices are also high and thats the time to sell. but does anyone actually time their stock trades based on that meter? seems too simple.
