Could somebody point me to a paper trading site where I don’t have to fully sign up?

All the sites I’ve found that are recommended on blogs and whatnot are usually real brokers who require you to give out tons of information as if you’re about to start trading with them. I’m not trying to sign up for a new broker, I just want to put in my email and practice some trades.
