AT&T is down about 21% is this a good DCA down opportunity?

Why are people selling so much today? I've known about the spin off for a while now.

I can see a buying opportunity here, or at least a opportunity to bring my entry price down which is down 20% atm.

What do you guys think? Are you selling, holding or buying?
