Their stock will begin trading Monday, April 11th under the ticker “WBD”. Shareholders of AT&T received 0.241917 shares of WBD for each share of AT&T common stock they held at close. All classes of Discovery stock (DISCA, DISCK and DISCB) will convert 1:1 to the new WBD stock. I'm particularly excited to see what comes out of this media giant in the coming years.
