Emerging Market ETFs and Funds had Russia removed (Most indices removed Russia from the index by declaring it not an Emerging Market anymore) and now that the Russian market has come back they aren't exposed to the recovery. How is that not like Sanctions and the US Government just taking money away from investors? Because the investor had the audacity to invest in an emerging market fund.

Russian index fell 54% on Feb. 24th, but it has since recovered to only being down 25%.
