Apple will allow users to delete Safari, App Store and other Apple apps on Iphones & Ipads after EU ruling

How will this affect the comany long-term if people stop using Safari, the App Store and the rest of their own apps? As for the Safari app, there are alternatives like Google Chrome that many people prefer. Thoughts?
