INTC assets higher than market cap?

Google is telling me that intel’s assets are worth about $206B, and they have about $46B in liabilities. This of course results in a net worth of $160B. Their market cap is only $90B, though. How does this make any sense? If they are physically worth $160B, why isn’t their market cap this or higher? They aren’t even losing money, just not making very much of it. Please explain.
