Dumping TSLA at a loss and focus on another company using the remaining cash?

Havent bought TSLA since September 2022 and am -37% which is like $1700. Would you dump this position to free up cash and buy Rocket Lab? I was really optimistic about this company but looks like it has been going nowhere in the last few years and am really interested in some other stocks like Rocket Lab and AST.
