What happens if a company share splits after earning a profit? Let's say the market cap m = 1000 USD, and total number of shares it offers is i=10, I own a=2 shares.
Now company earns a profit of k=500 USD, (m' = m+k), and splits the shares i'=15, and i still own 2 shares a'=a=2, so is it legally possible to do it for a company?
