How come COUR, NWL, EVRI and others all suddenly went up ~40%?

Just checked these stocks and saw they all went up around 40% on July 26th.

From what I researched:

COUR (Coursera Inc) is an online course plateform.

NWL (Newell Brands Inc) make plastic storage containers (including Rubbermaid, and trash containers).

EVRI (Everi Holdings Inc) makes products for casinos).

Anyone know what happened on July 26th? Also saw most of these stocks went up at around 10 AM ET.
