Long term holding for stocks

Hey everyone…I invested in below tech companies based on my research few months back got some good returns as of now..

Should I hold them for long…here is the list

1. twillio
2. Shoppify
3. Okta
4. Cloudfare
5. Block
6. DocuSign

Total return : 32% percent as of now

I am new to USA stock market investing… I would appreciate a suggestions for investing. Also if you recommend me any penny stocks that might give me some good returns in future that will be Great.
