Anyone trim down their positions?

I have been trim down some of my positions since last week. But i didn’t do that with my 401K (because it was long term and I can’t touch until I retire). But it was a sad day down -6% wiped out 2 month gain..

For my own account (m1 finance) I have been buying weekly and today crash was wiped out all my gain from June/july.
