Why do all financial sites have huge discrepancies in the insider ownership percentage?

Yahoo Finance says $IESC has 2.01% held by insiders.

Fintel says $IESC has 71.63% held by insiders.

SimplyWallST says $IESC has 2.48% held by insiders.

Finviz says $IESC has 3.44% held by insiders.

How is it possible that four mostly reputable financial websites all have significantly different numbers? And, which one would be the most accurate?
