How can you access historical stock price information for delisted tickers? YHOO from 1998-2001 for instance?

I’m interested in looking at the daily chart for YHOO from 1998-2001 but cannot seem to find it anywhere. Even it were just the raw OHLC data, I could manually chart it myself, but I can’t even find that.

Are there any good (ideally free) sources for this kind of historical info?
