How to find old stocks with only Dividend Receipt

Hopefully I’m posting this in the right place.

My father passed away in April, going through all of his paperwork and working through the estate we found dividend receipts paid to me and in my name from when I was a child. Can I use just a dividend to find the stocks? And what does that process look like.
