Fact is, if you have a 401k that invests in an S&P index fund, or if you DCA into VOO or whatever other S&P fund you're into, then Mag 7 is already your primary holding. And I would guess one or both of those scenarios cover 95% of the people who post here.

“I own Mag 7” comments sound as bizarre as “I breathe air” or “I drink water”. We all do. Nothing special about it. The exception is if you own a ridiculous amount, like people who have $1M+ of NVDA now that they first started buying in 2011. Also, if anyone feels bad they didn't buy META at $100 or NVDA at the end of 2023, they shouldn't because they actually did buy there if they were actively contributing to their 401k or Roth.
