Unless it's just tucked away somewhere I can't find, WSJ and BBg seem to randomly lack coverage of a few sectors. For example in BBg under Industries, there is Energy, Entertainment, …, Telecom, Sports, Space. There's not really a reliable page for materials, nor certain utilities. It would also be idea if a news source could get more granular than GICS sectors. Similarly, WSJ Business category has a pretty odd selection: some are sectors, then there's “C suite” and “deals”.
Not a huge fan of SeekingAlpha because I find it too stock-pick focused. While we're on a stock sub, sometimes I care more about just the news, the macro, or just something without necessarily a buy/hold/sell tone to the article.
Is there anything out there (besides FT which is too expensive for me) that is sector focused, and/or what are your favourite sources for a specific sector?
