I’ve made thousands of trades, and didn’t document all of them.

I screwed myself. I don’t even know how to begin reporting all of my dividends, qualified or not, or my cost basis, or capital gains and options gains and losses.
Primarily used M1 and Robinhood.

Can anyone advise how to get out of this mess?
