What do YOU do when your positions go up? (NOT daytrading, but medium-long term)

Simple question, if your positions have gone up (let’s say at least 10%), what do you personally do?

Buy more of the growing stock for a higher cost basis but bigger position, or buy into other more value plays to diversify portfolio?
