Does anyone know where I can get the indicator that is based off 9’s and 13’s?

I used to have it on TDA, but after their buyout I can’t login there anymore. I think it’s called DeMarks, but goes by other names too. It has to do with 9 or 13 consecutive up or down candles. Thanks in advance.
