I have some stocks for a while now (10 years) and they have averaged 25% annually. I am confident about gaining 20% per year with these + other stocks. I sometimes think about quitting my job. Assuming 20% capital gains, how much capital gains per year, and how much of a cash cushion would it take for you to quit your 9-5, assuming no dependents.
Eg 100K annual capital gains, 200K cash cushion.
