Cardiodynamics 1973 stock, cusip 141596-10-6

I found about 30 shares of paper stock in a deceased relative's belongings. Can anyone tell me what happened to the company called Cardiodynamics with a cusip number of 141596-10-6, which was incorporated in the state of Nevada in the early 1970s?

I've gotten nowhere with the cusip or Nevada. I believe there was at least one other Cardiodynamics that was based in California. Perhaps the company moved sometime after 1976.

I realize that it was likely escheated to somewhere, but I really can't find much on the actual history or where to look or any successor companies. I am hoping someone who has access to better stock search tools can find more that I did.
