Bought a stock that went up 200% in a week, How do I find out why?

I bought a stock called ATGL about a week ago. Story is that I have a friend that works at this company, who is very wealthy and told me they were going to IPO soon. I made a lot of rough stock market decisions, so my portfolio was deep in red, down about 20% all time. Decided there was no way a traditional large market cap stock is going to recover my money anytime soon, saw lots of volatility, so decided to pour the rest of my cash into this stock, essentially a yolo move. I'd normally do research, but there isn't much info on this company. Sold my seed capital already, so I know the rest of the money I have inside is on the house.

Is there a place I can find more info on what's happening and obviously no one knows the future, but what signs should I look for to know when to cash out?
