Leveraged ETFs like TQQQ bad holding? Why?

New investor here, I read all about never holding leveraged ETFs due to decay, rebalancing or whatever… But when you look historically at say QQQ / TQQQ, QQQ is up 600% since 2010, TQQQ up 9,000%, thats way more than 3 times.

Why not Hold Leveraged ETFs?
