Hershey (HSY)- time to buy low, sell high?

HSY is down to December 2021 levels, due to rising cocoa prices, fear of weight loss drugs, and consumer staples being hammered lately.
Worries about the weight loss drugs may be real, but I think the “healthier consumer” won’t be a dramatic hit quickly, more like a slow drain over time. I’m thinking it’s is at or near the bottom. Do you agree?
