Mindset (MSSTF) was acquired by Otsuka (OAI) a few days ago. It says holders of outstanding common shares are entitled to receive CA$0. 75 in cash for each common share. I only have 525 shares so we are not talking about thousands of dollars but it is one of the few things that I have invested in that have increased in value. I need to take my wins when they come. My questions
What happens if I take no action?
Do I need to do something to get paid out?
Will my shares turn into stock in OAI?
