Do you guys think that the DOW is likely to be back at over 34k levels, even if just for a couple days, before the end of November?

I have some investments that are more or less tied up to the Dow Jones index. I know Reddit is not the best place for actual concrete advice but figured I'd see what you guys think anyway, appreciate your opinions. I need to liquidate (75k as of right now, but 79 only a week ago…) before the end of November and I'm trying to choose the most opportune time.
