So I have a 100K I am ready to invest in index funds and the IVV is part of the S&P 500 index I want to get back an average of 10% each year I know some years it goes down obviously but overall I want to get 10% back per year is this realistic since I know thats around the current average it has returned since 1980 but how likely is it that trend will continue?
