Is Wealthfront Stocks/ETF investing just as fee/cheap as M1/Robinhood?

I know Wealthfront has a higher fee on the automated portfolio, but if I just buy VOO, is it just as cheap on Wealthfront as M1? From the website it looks like yes, but… “Invest in Stocks and ETFs with no commissions per trade…”
