Is TEVA a good long-term buy?

Disclaimer: This post is not to debate the legitimacy of ADHD and related disorders.

My layman's analysis is based on the ever increasing rates of ADHD diagnoses and other related disorders over the past couple decades to date and the somewhat recent dump of TEVA, the largest manufacturer of Adderall and other related stimulants often prescribed to treat said disorders.

It used to be TV adverts, teachers and counsellors convincing parents that their kids had ADHD, and that they needed to be medicated, but these days, an increasing number of teenagers and young adults are seeking out their own diagnoses. It is no longer corporate doing the marketing, it is people who believe themselves to have ADHD, and then seeking out validation from social media and related communities where they are actively encouraged to continuously consult different doctors and medical professionals until they get their desired diagnosis. From then on, it is a lifetime of Adderall amongst other stimulants to be able to function normally.

Essentially, we have TEVA, the largest producer of consumer meth on one side, and on the otherside, a growing generation of teens and young adults who rely on said stimulant to be able to function normally on a daily basis. Is this a cash cow? Or am I missing something?

Any thoughts on this? Is TEVA a good long-term buy?
