Any reliable source to see EPS for S&P 500?

I would like to see the EPS for the index S&P 500, for each past year and an estimate for this year.

I found this:

However the source doesn't seem reliable: the first page would suggest -0.29% change, while the second page says -15.69% for 2023… Can someone explain? Or provide a reliable source?
