Good afternoon r/stocks,
I have $5,000 sitting in my Schwab account ready to do some REIT investing. and I was wondering where r/stocks lands on REITs that are unlikely to go bankrupt. I have a medium appetite to risk on these investments.
I am currently in:
“O” @ $56.12 (buying more because the short-term downsides don't seem like it's going to collapse the company)
“BXP @ $53.85
“TCN” @ $7.94
“WSR” @ $8.87
“AMT” @ $175.88
Looking at, but haven't done a ton of due dilligence on :
“CPT”, “IGR”, “AVB”
Let me know if there are other companies I should be adding to my list to check out.
